Here's how we're taking action in our community:

Our class collected donations to create a safe learning environment for impoverished children in Guatemala. The project will help poor children learn to grow healthy food for their families.

Here's how we got the idea:

From relatives involved in the project.

These are the steps we took:

Our class spent 2 weeks collecting donations and the teacher delivered the donations in person.

Here are some of the results:

Our class collected $400 in donations and another teacher donated $100. We collected a total of $500 to provide materials for the Garden of Hope in Guatemala. Our teacher delivered the donations in person.

These are the people who volunteered with me:

My friends
