Here's how we're taking action in our community:
I participated in Ripple Kids by selling slime and raising $97 for Save The Children.
Here's how we got the idea:
Slime was trending at the time so I figured I could make a lot of money by selling it.
These are the steps we took:
I gathered all my supplies such as shaving foam, glue, lotion, soap, acrylic paint, and eye solution. I mixed all of that together until I had a thick slime consistency. I scented my product and encased it in plastic cups with labels on top. I was ready to begin selling!
Here are some of the results:
I spent two weekends with my cousins and sister creating the slime. It really paid off. I sold out very quickly and the outcome was $97.

One of the coolest things that happened during my project was:
I got to buy snow cones from someone else at the Ripple Fair. The cold treat was delicious! I got to buy products from other kids after I was finished with selling mine.
One of the most important things I learned was:
I could change the world by just selling slime. I had lots of fun at the same time!
