Here's how we're taking action in our community:
I am in kindergarten and this was my first experience. I am learning what "charity" means and Ripple kids gave me ideas and information.
I saw kids making money for animals and other projects.
Here's how we got the idea:
mom told me about the project due to the letter sent by school
These are the steps we took:
bought bags from store, glued stuff on, colored paper strips and put lego stickers on some bags.
Here are some of the results:
I sold 12 bags, raised $36
These are the people who volunteered with me:
My family
One of the coolest things that happened during my project was:
i worked with my family. Few hours everyday and more on the weekend for one week.
One of the most important things I learned was:
"never put too much glue"
"to color nicely"
"make things that attract kids since we did not sell too many bags"
